ABOUT US
Evolve Coaching developed out of the shared work and beliefs of its founders Dominique De-Light and Mairead Turner. Both are trained in Relational Dynamics Coaching and have had 'previous lives' as CEO's of cultural organisations. Both have lived through the joys, satisfaction, stresses and challenges of working in the cultural sector. Coaching has transformed their lives, their leadership ability, and their performance to the points where Dominique and Mairead both made the career change to work successfully as coaches to individuals and to organisations.
DOMINIQUE DE LIGHT
Dominique De-Light runs Well Balanced Coaching based in Brighton. She delivers group, team and one to one coaching, as well as personal development workshops. Passionate about creativity and wellbeing, she also works as an arts and health consultant, teaches yoga and mindfulness to children and has been awarded a PhD scholarship to study the therapeutic impact of creative writing. She is an accredited member of the Association for Coaching.
MAIREAD TURNER
Mairead Turner runs Be Coached based in Anglesey, North Wales and is a coach to a range of private clients. She has a portfolio career and mixes up diverse activities whilst aiming to invite openness, learning and curiosity in all areas of her life. She is an accredited member of the Association of Coaching. She works part time as an Interior Designer alongside her coaching finding the balance of two careers keeps her creative and happy.
